Unexpected little things that a teacher receives from a student means a lot. I love those small colored papers that they write English words and give to me. My desk is all over it. Whenever I want to tidy my table, I just can't throw them away, because each has a memorable story behind it. I plan to make an album for it with their photos. They are all lovely in what ever way they make it. Children are angels in disguise.=) Do share the things that students give you to show their appreciation of your patience in teaching them. You'll be happy in remembering them.

Hi, lea... When I was a student, I am not fond of giving my teachers something as a gift. Well, I never had a good teacher. I mean the approachable one or the one who you will want to see everyday in school. And I never saw neither of my classmates giving gifts to any of our teachers. I think that's how bad they are to us. You must be a very kind teacher in that case.

Thank you so much. I am so touched now that you responded to this discussion. This is my first discussion and you're the one and only. I don't think your teachers are bad, maybe they are just so strict and/or in your time you or your classmates were not into giving things since we all know that teachers have authority over us. Thanks again!

You're welcome, lea.. I am not over my school days so very much happy that I could get away with them. Especially college professors who are terrorists.

There are lots of experiences I had during my college years. will never forget those. Funny and I miss being in college. Well, not to study but for the friendship and fun.
