My 2 boys love this movie - and many others - but I am getting sick of watching them over and over! Any suggestions on some good Kid or family movies? Doesn't have to be animated, just has to hold the attention of little boys for a while as we sit down for a rest each day with a movie on. Thanks

We listen to a lot of music, but this isn't good for our rest time as we dance and sing along with it....I'm looking for something to watch when we sit down for an hour or 2 in the afternoon for a rest.

I have to say, Finding Nemo is the one movie that I have watched over and over and it can still make me laugh. But my son who is 6 loves Disney's/Pixar's movie Cars. He also loves Barnyard, Transformers, Alvin & The Chipmonks, Wallace And Grommitt, Space Jam, The Incredibles, Rugrats The Movie, Madagascar, Over The Hedge, UnderDog, Garfield, all Land Before Time movies, The Night Museum (I think it's called),etc... But I recommend Mr. Magorium's Wonder Imporium.

Also Surf's Up, Milo and Otis, A Night at the Museum, Lion King, Monster House (but was a little scared at first but he is also scared of Scooby Doo if that tells you something LOL). Hope that helps.

I'm not a kid and I love Finding Nemo. I guess there is something about the color and beauty of this animation that keeps our attention, not to mention, it has a great plot and wonderful lessons for parenting. Most of the responses you have received have already given you plenty of wonderful ideas for your boys to watch, so I'm not going to repeat them. However, how about some animal shows? I know when I was little, and even now, that I'm bigger I still like watching shows that have animals in it. Just a thought for you to work with.

Well I know my little cousin loved watching Monster's Inc and Ice Age. Those could also be some good movies that your two sons could watch. But then again I'm not sure how old they are. And theirs also Happy Feet. I mean I know I'm a little older than your kids but I use to enjoy watching these films with my little cousin. Well I hope your boys like some of these films that I have told you about.
