Easy recipes?

I love chinese and so does my family - my 2 little boys love it when I cook anything with rice, LOL! I am running out of ideas though & I don't have a lot of time so I was wondering if anyone has any fast and easy chinese recipes they could share?

You could cook steam egg with mince meat. If you have a steamer insert that comes with your rice cooker, you can steam it while the rice is being cooked below. Kill two birds with one stone!!!. Or you can cook chowan mushi another steam egg recipe.

I don't have any recipes but I wanted to say this is a great discussion and I hope you get responses. I'd love some chinese food recipes. My favorite is vietnamese food and would love recipes on that also.
