Lost Pets?

I heard about this new thing on the radio for lost pets and just had to post it on here for all to see. It's a phone number you can call if you've lost a pet or one has been stolen or ran away.

I think it's awesome that someone cares enough to want to do such a thing! Don't you? I have two lost dogs and have lost all hope of ever finding them again however, one does have a microchip so there's always that one chance she'll be found. She's a German Shepherd black and tan in colors. She's very smart and loving. Hubby and I miss her terribly!
Anyway, although I'm going through a real trying time right now with my mom in the hospital, I still had to take the time and post this discussion. I haven't called about my dog yet for I've been so overwelmed and busy but I will in due time.

Oh thank you, CatsandDogs, I hope that many can take advantage of this service. I think you are really sweet to post this while you are going through this with your mom and I hope you find your dog, I also have a German Shepherd, but a white one and she is so sweet, I would hate to loss her....

Awwww thank you carmelanirel! I try to think of others as well even in my time of need. It's the way my mom taught me to be so now it comes naturally. Besides, I know how it feels to lose a loved pet for I've lost two and still hope and pray that I get them back some day. I bet your German Shepherd is a beauty!! I've always wanted a white one some day and maybe it'll happen but right now, not any time soon.

Yes, she is beautiful, that is her on my avatar. She is still a puppy and untrained, but what she does know makes up for what she doesn't...

Hi mummymo! I hope I get to see them again too. It would be so nice to have them back in my arms once again. Maybe some day that'll happen but I sure wish it would sooner rather than later but time will tell.
I'm going to start another discussion about my mom's update in a few minutes so be on the look out once again... ((((hugs))))

Thank you for sharing this telephone number. I know I shall keep it handy as it can be heartbreaking to lose a beloved pet. Hope things are going better with your Mom.

Yes it is very heartbreaking to lose a loved pet. I feel that someone took them both when they were out of the fence trampsizing the neighborhood.
I'm going to start another discussion about my mom in just a moment. Things were going down hill again with her but tonight things look a bit better. What a roller coaster ride this is!
