Because at first you dont seem to have any symptoms or anything wrong with you so you think youre fine. If you dont go to the doctor and get checked you might not even know you have cancer. Its silent because its serious but not as "out there" as some other diseases or sicknesses.

Coz in 9 cases out of 10, it is detecdted at an advanced stage when it has already done irreversible damage. It silently damages the body without making the victim feel its presence.

When you get a cut, or are in a really bad accident, it's obvious what happened to you. But with cancer, it just happens.
