What is the MLot icon on the bottom of the page for

If you click the icon you get HTML, what is that for?

That's a link for RSS (RSS is a family of XML file formats for web syndication used by news websites and weblogs). A lot of sites offer this nowadays so that you can get updated information or news from their sites. In this case, if you download RSS reader you can add the link from Mylot and you will get all the new topics from the RSS reader without you visiting the site.

I believe its the tab that can activate your RSS feed for this site... whatever the hell that means.

The only thing I can think of is it could be the code if you want to put a link on your own webpage...maybe...
