h0w do you EAT a fried chicken?

me and my girl ate at KFC and had fried chicken for dinner. As i was eating i saw this dude at the next table eating his chicken using his hand and ate every meat on it...when he was done it was just bones that was left on his chicken...i love chicken but i eat it using my hand but just eat half of it. what about you? how do you eat your chicken? do you eat it with fork and knife? do you eat it using your hands? do you eat all of the meat? what part of the chicken do you usually order?
