What advice can you give to people who are barely making ends meet and having a hard time even focusing on enjoying the moment instead of dreading the cost. This probably applies to a lot of people right now.

i had a relation for the past 4 years which broke up last year but still am not able to forget my past.this is making me depressed.What should i do?Please help!!
