i'm not really sure about Jpop music since i love Jrock (X-Japan yeaaahhh!) but i like Shiina Ringo..and my sister listens to KAttun so i tried listening to them too.
I love their videos and some of their music are soundtracks to some jdorama i've watched :D

they are! i hear them a lot. Everyone's like a Hyde and Tetsu fan and yeah...they're extremely popular aND they never seem to grow old :D

I do not know anyone in Japanese pop but I am a big fan of many things Japanese including cars and cameras. I hope you find someone who is also a fan of Japanese pop.

I like little about Japanese pop, but i think YUI is a Japanese pop singer. i like her very much. I dont know about Eriko Imai, is she like ayumi hamasaki or DOA? Anyway, Im very idolize L'arc en ciel. is that a Japanese pop category?

Eriko imai is a former member of speed along with hiro and takako uehara. but the group disbanded back in 2000, so they become a solo singers. Larc-en-ciel, i'm not sure, but, i think it is.. thanks for the response! :)

i love Japanese Music in general,, hmm. jpop? maybe yui or hikki, NEWS? but i love jrock more.. UVerworld, high and mighty Colors..and many more..
