Where Are The Garbage Bins?

It's been quite a long time already that my wife is having problem with the disposal of our garbage. Our neighbor told us that the garbage truck of the barangay is still in trouble with its engine? So I decided to look for a garbage bins or drum to dispose our garbage. But to my dismay, I searched almost the whole barangay and I found nothing... The next thing I did was to place our garbage in a garbage bag, the one in black color. I go to my evening work and found a lot of garbage bins. That solved our garbage problem... But I just don't understand what the local officials of that city are doing to with their garbage... And how come, the other city, just the next city, lots of bins are placed in situated locations. They are just in the highway... Where did they put the budget for the garbage truck, the bins?

We don't face this kind of garbage problems. Every 2 days, they collect our garbage. We are practicing recycling here, so there's not much to collect. I think what you can do is to ask the barangay where did the funds go? If they don't make action about this better address your garbage problem to the local government. Goodluck!!

I don't really have the guts to question, personally the people running the government here. In the first place, you know very well that you friend, that's me, is also a government employee. It's hard for me to say something, good or bad I guess, with the politicians. The only thing I know at this time, is this, to write in cyberspace. I also don't want to mention any name, I might be accused of libel. I just hope, this will reach them.

In our place theres also a regular garbage truck scheduled to collect so theres really no problem with our garbage.
I think its just a matter of communication. Try to talk to your local official about it, he could open it up during their meeting.
About the budget, I really dont know where it goes.
