I like very much this book. It is the first book from the author and I hope that he write another soon. It is a different story. What you think about this book?

Hi loved1. Thank for response. The name of the book is The Perfume and the author is Patrick Süskind. It is a story about a man that was born without a proper odour and love perfumes so he became a perfumemaker and try to create a best perfume in the world. I recommend strongly this book. The style of this author is very good. Read it and share with me your opinion please.

I've read the book. I thought it was okay. My boyfriend really liked it though. It took me a while to get into it. I personally felt it was way to wordy. The narratives could have been substantially shorter. It got to the point that I would skip pages. I think the idea main character had was really interesting. It is not the type of book that I would read but at the recommedation of a friend I read it. Moral of the story....be careful what you wish for. I

I thought this book was great. Very different and the descriptions regarding how the perfumes were made was well done. I thought the movie was good as well.
