Costco vs. Sam's Club

Is anyone a member of both? I am a member of Costco, and love the selection. Since Sam's Club is part of Wal-mart, I'm assuming it is just like Wal-Mart but in bulk. Could anyone tell me a little about the store, what you buy, what you think is a good deal(I'm looking for a new TV too, so don't leave electronics off the list) I'm fairly sure I'm going to get a membership and continue my bulk shopping obsession, but just wanted to know what's available first.
