What should be the punishment for terrorists?

Yesterday 65 people were dead in serial blast in Jaipur (a city in India). When I think about terrorism, my minds stops working. I am unable to thinks what should be a punishment to it. One side I think a hard punishment and other side I think a soft solution by making them understand us and also by unserstaning their problems. Might be they are right? Some time government policies and circumstances forces a person to choose activities like terrorism. In your opinion what could be a hardesr punishment for terrorists.

Hello,ajoyrekha! In my opinion,the terrorists should be dealt with seriously and inflicted with punishment of imprisonment for a term according to the gravity of the case.and at the same time their case has to be taken in to consideration and their problems be redressed sympathetically.once you solve their problems they would not rise against anybody.so it important that government should take immediate steps to invite them to the table and hear patiently their problems and take appropriate action to solve them.the judges who are dealing these cases should also study the problems of the terrorists and recommend the government the possible action to be taken for amelioration of their grievances.unless the government solve the problem the terrorist activities would not stop.thanx.
