How does the Rich go on accumulating Wealth and the Poor accumulates agonies?

Any special reasons how people manage to accumulate massive wealth within years, i speak not about those in the Fortune 500 list, but even those ordinary commons who some how have affluent status in the society.
When one compares the status of the this rich person, discussed above, after say two or three years, his/ her wealth would have increased manifold times, whereas the status of the poor sections would have plunged to the rock bottom.
I does not mean that the poor persons must become rich in two or three years, but what is lacking is the PROPORATIONATE GROWTH IN THE LIFE STANDARDS? Why is it so? Do the poor lack IQ, or some extra facts..

Hi saivenkaat802003! Life is not just fair! haha..
I worked hard, I have the brains and I have the determination and the initiative. I take risks and weigh all possible consequences and alternative courses of action. I am always on the lookout for opportunities but still I have not grown rich. I guess, maybe some guys have all the luck. Some people say that, sometimes you have to be in the right place and in the right time to hit it big. Maybe! Some says hard work and perseverance will pay off over some period of time. Maybe! Some says that you have to look ways for your money to work for you and not the other way around. Maybe! But whatever it is, I am listening now because I am desperate to succeed and grow rich!

"The rich get recher and the poor get poorer" especially in devoloping countries. People don't taxes and corruption and many other reasons are there for this. The poor suffer from debt ill health financial trouble almost through out their lifetime. Even though the government triesto teke devolepment measures some of the corroupt govt. officers swallow the money. there is also a main reason fo this too. People started to think: "who cares?" and "No problem if i don't suceed, my neighbour shouldn't suceed, then i'll be happy."
