Bedtimes For Kids

            What time do you think is appropriate for an eleven year old to go to bed on weeknights? Answers needed as soon as possible.

                    Go to bed as early as possible like 9pm and wake up at 4am.this is according to yoga

                    The last child development class that I took recommended 9 hours of sleep for kids that age, so depending on what time that alarm goes off... 
I'm sure that the need varies a bit from child to child, but a lack of sleep can make kids perform poorly academically, misbehave, and even be more prone to accident and injury.

                    Give the child a chance to demonstrate self control. Set bed time at 10 or 10:30 and let his/her getting up and active without prodding and productivity at school dictate whether s/he can handle it.
