Hi all, This topic may be a contreversy topic but please response with open mind. I'm not going to open this topic for us to fight talking but for us to discuss how accurate these Bible and Quran is. As far as I am concerned, both are made/written by human based on the words from God. Human do make mistakes and many links claim that there was an error on both Bible and Quran. these are an examples: http://www.islamic-awareness.org/Quran/Contrad/External/josephdetail.html http://au.answers.yahoo.com/answers2/frontend.php/question?qid=20080428153017AA8XhB2 Many link also makes both part against each other: http://www.answering-islam.org/Nehls/Ask/disagree.html Ok, I don't need to post more link because you may find more out there yourself. Most of the link fights for their own. I mean, if the site is built by Muslim, they claim that the Quran is correct and the Bible is wrong. While the Christians claims oppositely. My question is, did you aware of your own (Bible/Quran) contains error? please explain.

The only "mistakes", in the bible, (I can not speak for the koran as I am not an expert in that holy book), are the ways they were translated. Many misstranslations were deliberate to hide certain truths from people. If you were to learn Hebrew, Uraget, Aramaic and Akkadian, you would be amazed at what you thought you knew about the bible. Much of the misstranslations were done to "protect God", thats sounds silly, but early scribes and biblical scollors did just that. So now when we read something it sounds contradictory. Get a good hebrew paralel bible and read things for your self and you will understand what i am talking about, it must be word for word, and the names unchanged.

I would guess both religions believe that hteir interpretation of the readings are right and contain no mistakes. But since they have gone thru many interpretations both in translation and and comprehension, mistakes over time will be made.

what gets me is in the bible in revelations it says let no man change any word in this book and it has been re rewritten many time over. Who is to say who is right and wrong as long as you believe and have faith and live a good life and cause no harm to yourself or others then you are living right by God's words

greetings and salutations to you.... I won't answer your question but rather share my question about the Bible or Qur'an tho I know the teachings in them are not of questions. Mine is... " Is the Bible or Qur'an complete? Do you find the answers to your questions in them? Ahh... basically the Bible and the Qur'an were written to help us all draw nearer to God. Thus, if they contain ALL THE ANSWERS to ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS in this life..why pray? why call on GOD? if these Books are complete... then there would be no need for GOD.Naah, God's words in the Bible or Qur'an are meant for me and you to remind, guide and lead us all to HIM. IT has been written "if all that Jesus or the prophets has spoken be written papers can't accommodate them all". Errors... i don't think so... they were led by the Spirit of God when writing. You can search the Bible or the Qur'an for the accurate answers.... I am a man too. God has the answer. Regards and peace
