How many peoples does have any PTC?

Are you one of that people who want not only clicking but want to be an admin of any ptc? Iam not iam just clicking but i think there are milions of ptcs on the net but not more than 1% of them is working great. A lot of members are only trying to scam stupid peoples and sometimes they got what they want to - money. This sucks. What do you think about that?
