i not only want to lose weight but i need to lose weight for my health. if i could just lose 50 pounds i would feel so much better not to mention look much better. so if you could wave a magic wand and wake up thinner tomorrow how much would you like to drop initially to make you feel better now? i need to lose more than that but it sure would be a great start.

I would also like to lose 50 pounds. I know I need to exercise more, I just am not motivated most of the time. I can make the time to do this if I really try, I think I just get lazy. I have eaten better the last month and have dropped about 5 pounds but I know that exercise added to a good diet would be the best. I know I do not want to gain any more weight and worry about my health - heart and getting diabetes. I exercise right now about once a week and need to make a commitment to at least 4 to 5 days a week or more. Mostly I want to lose weight for my health, but looking better and fitting into my clothes again would sure be a plus. Thanks for bringing up this topic, it has motivated me to exercise.

I would like to lose about the same amount, well if I lost 50 lbs I would be at my ideal weight but maybe not the most healthiest weight, meaning I would be down to 130 and I am 5 foot 8 inches in height and really I should be around 140, I would not mind being at the 130 or even in between the 130 and 140 but that would be my ultimate goal to get down to, right now I am about 170 so I still need to lose about 30lbs right now, I have lost about 10 lbs but it is just not enough for me.

you look as good as you feel. So if losing weight will make you feel better about yourself then others are going to see that you are not happy with yourself and the few extra pounds will not only show on your body but also in your personality. If you are happy with how you look then why not express yourself in a smile and confidence to let every one else know you are ok with it.

I need to lose almost 50 pounds, 48 to be exact as of yesterday. We should all form a club..lol. I joined a site called sparkpeople and I like it so far. It's a free weight loss site with fitness trackers, food trackers, teams you can join, health articles, etc.
I follow a low carb diet because I have diabetes, and if I would stick to it consistently, I would lose weight. I have been doing better lately, so I'm hopeful.
