short forms

it seems 2 cool to use short forms like btw or OMG. y do u use short forms n name some funny ones?????????? :-)

I first got a little bit discombobolated when I saw some of these short forms in the mailing lists that I joined like, IMHO. Btw is easy enough to decipher and omg I eventually got. They are fun when everybody else uses them but I would get lost when all of them are used on one sentence without warning or qualification. Cheers!!!
