Well I am back and lord is it ever great. This photo is at least 5 times larger than most I did with dialup and it took maybe 5 seconds to upload. Now the thing is I have to play with this site to learn how to open more tabs at once. How to do my emails etc. Thanks for the benefit of high speed QWest finally. I have MSN as my ISP with QWest as home page. How can I go about changing it all etc? Any tips and or help and advice on openong tabs etc will be greatly appreciated.

Glad now when I go into labor I dont have to worry that you will be online. Mom would be so mad if she couldnt get to the hospital because you were online lol.

Welcome Back Grandpa Bob! I'm glad your having fun experiencing the new high speed. Tabs and etc all depends on the Browser you are using. If it's firefox then hit CTRL T and it will open a new tab. Good luck with your new internet learning. If you need any help, feel free to Message me, as it would be easier.

Thanks but it's IE7. I called my Minnie and she explained
it even though she isn;t real good at explaining things
along these lines. But I got it now and have 4 open right
now and speeding along like Speed Racer!

WOW! I have never gotten the comments this quickly with dial up. Thanks. I wouldn't see an added comment for a couple minutes or more. But now I saw it as I hit submit. Wooo Hooo! I love this now.

I'm glad you got it figured out. I don't use IE7 so I would had to of looked it up for you. You can usually find most things you use under the File, View, or History Drop Down Menus.

for multiple tabs you can use firefox as web browser .... that is very good web browser and you will get that for free....

I just got this hooked up so for now I amstaying with IE7 until a major malfunction or something along those lines.

have no tips to give you except to enjoy the speed of

It really depends on what type of browser you are using and what version. With the version of IE I have I just go to the top choose file, and choose new window and then it goes into tabs into the task bar.
Do you wonder how you ever did it on dial up now that you have dsl? I can't believe how many pics you uploaded on dial up, that would take forever to upload any pics!

yeah a small 150KB photo would take a few minutes to upload here so it took forever for all the photos I dud upload. Now I do phots 3 times larger and it takes a few seconds only.

I wish that I could be of some help to you but I leave all of this up to my son.. I do still go in on my AOL and use AOL as my home page, it is easier than learning something new.. But my husband and son go in on Firefox.. Maybe someone else can advise you better than I can but I did want to congratulate you on the High Speed, much faster isn't it.. I just couldn't believe it when I got it, I was really in awe.. Have fun and enjoy..
