Best Game for Gaming Consoles

What is the best game for you for a gaming console that you had or you currently have? you need to name the game & the gaming console you used or you are using to play it with. i don't care if it's atari, nes, snes, dreamcast, gamecube, play station, xbox, etc. i just want to give an idea on how games evolved from pacman to grand theft auto 4.

I'm too old for games and I have give up games when I discovered that I could get addicted to them. They are truly addicting and I used to stay up all night because I wanted to get a very high score and the ones where I got to the very end I would do over again. There is no point in that, is there?
