How to cure my non-confident?

I love english,and urgly to improvemy english,so if i have opportunite to talk in english i am glad to try.but when i communicate with them,i found that i have no words to speak,that sounds trrible,how to cure my non-confident?can you give me some advise?

Listen to the world service in English, talk with English people on skype or other messenger service. You can ask me any questions about English as I am English.
