Hello mylotters what is this thing + -! in mylotters response above the comment? I tried to click this + sign in order to add a friend with response to my discussion but only this i got RATED. What does this mean?

Those signs are to rate others discussion the + is to rate the discussion postive the - to rate them negavite and the ! is to turn someone in for breaking mylot rules. Once you get 100 stars you see how others have been viewing you by the star above your name. The highest star you can get is a 10 the lowest is a 1.
