Can you please take time to go through the discussions that I have started so far and tell me what you think about them? Are they interesting, boring, useful, no good etc. Scale of 1-10 (10 being best) how do you rate my discussions? This is very important to me and I like progressive critizism. Thanks for your valuable time. I'll give + points to each and every progressive comment.

I won't give you a particular rating at all sherinek but I think you will realise by the number of your discussions that I have responded to that it would be pretty high. In fact I think I have responded to the majority of your discussions and sometimes have gone back later on and added some more. LOL
Just keep going the way you have been and you will be okay, although I do realise that you cannot do anything on weekends plus are busy at work at the present time. :)

This is so encouraging and thank you very much for understanding. I read all your comments and try to answer as and when I have time. You know I am not on-line all the time even during office hours. I have to divert the phone line and then log on to internet. I cant do it the whole day, cos then I'll be blocking a Company line. But I try my best. Thanks a lot again. You are a very good and a kind lady.

Thanks J. I feel very proud. With all your help I try to think and come out with good discussions. Sometimes, I feel down when I dont receive responses to my discussions, which I thought are good. But I try hard not to let that thought put me down. That's why I thought of asking you'll this question

I have been going through all the discussions started by my friends and answering those that I find interesting or can make a comment on. At this time I won't rate yours sherinek but have not found any that I would put down in the "1" category. LOL
It might take me a couple of days to get through them all but give me some time and I will let you know more then. :)
