What animal would you be anf why?

A few years back I went to a job interview. There the interviewer asked what animal I'd like to be and why so. I replied cat as they're fast and slick. This isn't true but thought it would help me secure the job. I have to say that it didn't. So, what animal would you be and why?

I have always been in love with the ideal of flight...I think birds are beautiful and sing so sweet...So I would want to be a bird because they are free to enjoy the wonders of the sky...

Yes, I hear birds freedome in their cheerful birdsong. Mind you I might just be putting my human interpretation of what it's like to be a bird of flight.

I would like to be the king of the jungle lion of course. Not something that has alot of predators, you'd have to spend your whole life looking over your shoulder.

i would like to be a puppy...dog is very faithful and loyal..takes care of his/her master and learns things very quickly...dog is not cunning unlike cat...

I do love puppy dogs I have to say. But cunning is another word I'd apply to the idea odf survival. Therefore, the loyalty shown by dogs means they get fed does it not?
