Well I am a new representative of a company I shall not name. And to be so new I am doing quite well in sales and commision.I made enough this time to pay the light bill. The problem is The last time I put a sizable order in I forgot to hit a certain button, and just assumed it would arrive like the times before. Nope no order. So Then I make the mistake of thinking oh no problem I'll just put it in this week and told all the customers it would be in a week late.Nope try two weeks late because apparently you can get your order once a week they will only send it every two weeks no matter when you ordered, and forget trying to talk them into shipping early if you offer to pay more. So now I'm getting a couple of calls and e-mails (where is my order).I am explaining this and I feel like everyone will accept their order but I'm worried about losing them as customers because alot of them are first time customers of mine. And I'm really hoping that No body changes their mind about still buying theirs because I don't get my money till they pay and I pay the company.Whats left after the balance is mine.I already know how much it will be,like I said enough to pay the light bill. My husband says I should stick with this company and still try to sell no matter what happens with these customers.Because he thinks I'm good at it and probably not likely to make a mistake like this again. I think he's right, but it's racking my last nerve.

It's sounds like it's something you really like to do and are good at. We all make mistakes and you happend to make one and have done the responsible thing of telling your customers this. I know it can be very frustrating at times for some of the customers can be impaitent. You/they will just have to wait for that order to go through and just remember for the next time to hit that certain button so this won't happen again. You will lose some and gain some customers through all experiences. I agree w/ your husband to keep at it and enjoy what you do. Good Luck and take care.

I think when you atart in a new job there is always a few hiccups, it is from the little mistakes you make at the start that you learn from, once you make a mistake like that you don't make it again, I think you will do well and be a future millionaire...

Well I'm glad you have faith in me.But I could never be a millionare. That is because I would never allow myself to have more than a certian amount of money.I would have to give the rest away.I never allow myself to sit on alot of money when there are so many hungry people, and good people who can't pay there bills. If you have ever seen the show the millionare. That's who I'd like to be,just giving money to people anonomously.
