ipod is frozed it just is not working. help

i was listening to a song on it and i went to the next one and it is now stuck ! the song won't play and when i hook it to the computer it wont charge..i cant use any of the buttons because they wont let me..what do i do ? its just a screen with the song on play but it is not playing ! what do i ?

This has actually happened to me before. What you need to do is put your finger on both the menu button and the middle of the wheel and just hold it. This will reset the ipod and it will go back to normal. Good luck with this and I hope that it works.

Oh your welcome. I remember when that happened to me. I was going crazy thinking that I had damaged it for ever. But I started to search in Itunes and I found the answer. Should remember this because it's good when it gets frozen again. I've had to use it a few times already.
