            What do think about chocolate? Is chocolate is healthy? Icrease your fat chocolate?

                    i have just read the new paper today that chocolates were used as medicines in the 18th century to cure stomach disorders
well in 16 and 17 century people considered eating chocolates as sin
but i can say one when thing when a person get struck in low blood pressure chocolates give instant energy

                    chocolate i heard is very healthy if consumed in proper proportions. excess of anythng is not good and same is the case with chocolate. fat is somthng u ll surely put on with chocolates...

                    Only dark chocolate is healthy as far as I know. This is because the ratio of cacao used is higher compared to other variants such as milk and white chocolate. I think white chocolate is the one with the most fat content, while milk chocolate somehow falls in between. In a nutshell, go for chocolates with 60% cacao or higher. Although, I must warn you that the higher the percentage of cacao, the more bitter it gets. I've tries one at 80% cacao and didn't like it at all. It tastes a little nasty boohooho. 
From what I've read up on, dark chocolate is an anti-oxidant, meaning that it helps keep your cells healthy. Some also claim that it helps prevent cancer, probably linked to the antioxidant properties it has. Hope this helps.
