do you know how to cook any kind of chicken recipe? if yes, what kind of recipe do you cook? does require a lot of ingredients when you cook that dish?

I use chicken for my salad and it's really simple to prepare. Cut up some chicken (I prefer fillets but you can use other kinds as well), stir fry it in a pan, add some mushroom (any kind, whichever you prefer) and sliced eggplant and wait until everything is cooked! Mix it in with your regular greens and top it off with olive oil and balsamic vinegar! Yum! You can also grill everything instead of frying if you don't like to use that much oil.

sad to say I don't know any. I just know how to cook FRIED CHICKEN. hehehe.
