Help !!! How to make my own Website..

I'm new to these money making sites and blogs but I already joined many of them..And now I'm into blogging and I need my own website to place my own blogs and sites...I have read many "how to" but they all seemed to difficult..So, if anyone out there who would be so kind and patient as to teach me in layman's term the step by step ways in making my own layout, I would really be very happy and thankful...

I will recommend using blogger. They already have free layout you can choose from. You only need to fill in the contents of your blog.
But first you must have a Gmail account to use it.
Do you have a Gmail account? If so, putting up your site will be easy. I can teach you how. ;)
