Oh yes I love expensive clothes but I never buy them because I dont have the money. Half the time you cant even tell if they are expensive.LOL You just have to know where to shop. And have a good sense of style.

I agree with you about clothing. although my family is on the heavier side clothes are expensive (as it seems that the bigger the clothes the higher the cost) and without a chose I basically have to buy them at their prices.. but, I will not purposely go out and by a brand name item. Outside of what I have to buy.. I don't think that wearing expensive clothing or top and fancy brand names make a person or makes them better than any others.

No, I don't buy expensive clothes either, I find that most of the brand name clothes I see are ugly anyway...lol. I mostly wear jeans and t-shirts, I like to be comfortable.

Hey you are right on your part either but still here is the opposite to what you are saying.I am addicted to the brands and i prefer to wear the branded clothes although they are expensive that is not the thing to be bother about.I don't wear the branded clothes for showing off but it is due to the fact i feel confident wearing the branded clothes. So for me it is always better to buy the branded clothes as i feel the real comfort in the branded clothes.

No, I had much rather wear inexpensive or used clothes. I like the feel of clothes that are broken in.

To be honest I love expensive clothing, theey fit better, feel better on you and last 2 to 3 times as long as a cheaply made piece of item. However, I love shopping on sale and for me the hunt is finding that expensive item for as little as possible. I never pay full price. 5 years ago I bought a Coach purse for $100 and that's was a half price sale but how many $20 purses have you done through in 5 years, my purse is still in excellent condition. It just make sense buying quality.

Even if I liked too, I cannot afford to buy any clothes. And clothes in my size is always expensive. I usually get clothes from other people, either they buy me clothes or give me second hand clothes.

I tend to get the most reasonably priced clothes I can find. In UK we have a shop called Primark and it is wonderful you can pick up many items just for a £1. Excellent value. I very rarely buy brand names myself. Ellie :D

Sometimes yes. Although generally I buy something which is quite reasonable and affordable to my pocket but sometimes I even buy some expensive shirt or jeans with a good brand name , feels better ;) . But still all what you want to know is how to shop and where to shop. With a good dressing sense its really doesnt matter whether you are clothes are expensive or cheap

well for just around the house clothing i dont spend alot...but if its dress cloths i don't skimp...i like to look nice and i like to buy dress cloths that last...and that means spending a bit more than you might be used to. higher price higher quality. lower price, lower quality.

I will buy them when I go to the Outlet malls only. Otherwise I buy some at times at stores like Sears or JCPennys when they are on clearance. Otherwise I buy them at WalMart etc. Now for this to be a discussion shouldn't you add comments to waht members say here? I think you should. Have a great day/evening also. i shop the better stores for clothes, but I shop the sale racks, one thing I have found is a blouse or top will last a lot longer from Macy's or Dillards than from the dollar store or K-Mart. I get good sales and good clothes, my daughter shops the good stores all summer long for school clothes for her girls, they wear good clothes but she also shops the sale racks. It is not showing off it is a matter of getting the most for your money. I stopped buying dollar store brands and walmart specials after throwing them away after a few washings. I have some cheap clothes also, shorts, jogging pants, etc, but I would rather spend 47. on a $59. top and get a good one than spend $7. and throw it away after a few washings or worry that it will shrink when I wash it.

Clothes aren't important to me. As long as they keep me warm in the winter and as cool as possible in the summer, I'm fine. I rarely buy new clothing, I go to thrift stores for tshirts and stuff. I'm a woman but never understood why women take such joy in shopping. It's a chore to me and means I have less money to save or spend on things I truly need. It doesn't bother me to wear the same things all the time and really cuts down on the laundry.

I never buy expensive clothes, 1) I cannot afford to buy them, and 2) I just do not see the point of spending a lot of money on one piece of clothing. I think that if I had the money to buy the brand names then I would because I do like them.

I dress cheaply and comfortably, and am happy to do that. Like yourself I don't need expensive brand names. For me it's the person inside the clothes that matters most of all.
