What is something nice that has happened to you recently?

I have noticed a lot of negativity in a few members here. Not necessarily toward me, but on a whole.
I figured if we all took a little more pleasure in the simple pleasures of life, we wouldn't mind the little annoyances that occur.
So, maybe we should all focus on some good things.
What is something that is good that has happened to you today?
We got our tax rebate today AND I got $5000 for selling one of our cars. We're using the more gas efficient ones. That makes me feel better about myself because I am helping the environment, lightening my pocketbook (gas price-wise) and I have an extra $5000 to spend on the new house.
What are some good things that have happened to you?

On Saturday I went for a walk in the park next to my house. As always I picked up any rubbish I came across and put it in the bin. the rubbish was all nice and clean today, nothing to disgusting, so that was nice. Then I found $20 so that was even nicer! To top it all off I went and saw Elton John perform live in my sleepy little town in the middle of no where really!
All in all a very good day. To top it off I had some lovely myLot discussions.
Congrats on your day, it is lovely when the stars above shine down on us. Though I attribute my good fortune to the fairies

It is a double edged sword, but I got a lot of my exams out the way yesterday, which was hell yesterday, but I feel a lot better today knowing I have 2 weeks that are a little more relaxed.
My sister has been nice to me this morning, bringing me ice cream, because I am lazy lol.
