before getting married at the church..would you consider a civil wedding? if yes, when would you want it to happen, a year before or make it as a part of your wedding celebration?

Now when you say civil wedding......do you mean at a court house? If so i mean whatever the circumstances may be that can be an option. But if my finances are in line as well as the person that i am planning to marry. And we are in god health, then i will automatically go for the church wedding. ITt just seems like the better thing and right way of going about things.

I won't ever get married in a church in the first place. I'm having my wedding in a non-denominational wedding chapel and I'm writing the ceremony myself to incorporate my own beliefs about life and marriage.

I won't be getting married at a church at all.
we're having a religious ceremony in a stone circle on the moors, and doing the paperwork in a civil ceremony afterwards (sadly, UK marriage laws are really backwards, so I can't have religious content in a legally binding ceremony, and have to have two separate ceremonies)
but as far as I'm concerned, when we arrive at the civil ceremony venue, we'll already be married, having promised our souls to each other for all time, before the Gods.
