Where do you get your "glitter text" for comments?

I've been seeing lots of MyLot profile pages with those really cool glitter text comments. And, I'd love to get some of those for myself. You know the ones that I'm talking about? Like "Thanks for the Add", etc. I know where to find a banner maker. It's pretty cool. But, I have no idea where to go to create the glitter text comments. Could someone please recommend a site where you can create funny MyLot style comments and glitter text? Thanks!
