Would you get a face lift, if there were no health risks involved?

For me this is a tricky question. Finally after years of struggling with my self image, I actually like the way that I look. Sure I have tons of flaws, like most people. I don't like my pores or blemish prone skin. But, most of that can be fixed with cosmetics. Simply put, I have accepted the way that I look.
So, I guess even if there were no health risks from getting a face lift, (pain, swelling, risk of infection, etc.), I don't think I'd get face surgery. Not just yet, anyway. I'll wait until I hit my mid-fifties. Gravity will have taken over my skin by then.
So, what about you? Assuming that face lifts didn't cost a fortune and there were no health risks involved, would you get a face lift or change the way you look? Would you alter your appearance if there was nothing to lose? Or, do you love the way you look now?

Now that I'm into my mid thirties, I'm noticing
some fine lines on my bare face too.
Not many, but enough to make me realize
that I'm not a teen anymore! LOL!
I use the Mineral Girlz mineral foundation
and it glides over my fine lines and makes me look
so young.
Before when I used the liquid foundations it
would settle into fine lines and emphasize them.
Not with the mineral makeup.
It doesn't irritate my skin either.
It's the only kind I can wear.
I can barely feel that I'm wearing makeup at all.
That's important cause my skin is so sensitive
and liquid foundation usually makes my skin feel
congested in the heat.

Beauty is something natural to us, so why altered. Even if there are no side effects I will still not have my face altered. I am not beautiful but I like my face and I dont want to change nor remove the wrinkle already started creeping on.
