As we all know now, Aspartame, a content in those low calorie beverages, can/may cause cancer. too bad. marketing it as healthy (being no sugar), yet poses more destruction. Do you still drink those? Let me know.

They are safe if you only have them occasionally. If you drink them all the time then the aspartame will take ove and you will most probably struggle to hold onto your life. Personally, I love cream soda and Fanta and I do drink 1 on special occasions. But then again, 7 up and sugary soft drinks are the safety option if you want to be really precautios.

Coca cola is one of the popular drinks in my place. You can see people here and there taking cold bottles of coca cola or iced canned ones during hot sunny days. I am very fond of drinking it by added a bit of salt into it. The cold drink tasted wonderful with the bit of salty taste. It is believed that to drink a glass of coca cola stirred with salt could reduce the heat of our body during hot days. For me and my family as well, we never reluctant to take it during hot sunny days as long as it could really quench our thirst. I believe only for those people who take it in great amount frequently or daily might then cause cancer.

I do not drink any diet soda.I am 56 years old and have been drinking them all my life. My entire famly was brough upo drinking pepsi. My mother is almost 80 years od and still enjoys it.
