how far are you...

When i was watching TV ,i had a distance about 4 meters far away ftom TV in the past.When i was in junior high school,i liked watching TV very much on summer holidays and winter holidays.At that time my eyes started to be bad.My mum always tell me this habit is not good.But at that time i didn't listen to my mum's words.And now i must wear glasses.This feeling is not good. And now i'm in college,there is no time to watch TV and there is no place to watch TV in dormitory.But i usually use the computer to do somethings.Computer also can harm my eyes.

Pretty far away. I am usualy on the couch. Or siting down on the floor most of the time. I cant seem to concentrate if i am too close to the television.

Both our tvs are on the other side of the room from where we sit. So the on I would say we sit about 7 feet away. The other one is probably about 10 or 11 feet away. I've also heard you can get radiation or something from your computer screen too.

it's about 3-4 meters from the tv. i hope it's far enough and my eyes get no problem. because if i watch tv farther than 4 meters, i will see nothing but a sparkle thing

I heard 2m (from tv set ) is suitable for children . For adult I think it is the same. When I watch tv the distance is about 2 meters too. How about you ?

I'm always near the tv when watching it... We generally use just adequate volume and sometimes it's too low that I have to get near the television to actually hear what is being said...

I have really poor eyesight, so in order for me to see the television, I have to sit right infront of it, at all times, just as I would, if I wanted to see the computer. I don't spend much time at home, so I don't watch much television, so I don't think it'll affect me that much.
