how can i improve my swiming speed?

can someone help me plz? i am trying to find out an exercise i can do outside water so i improve my speed. i do 45 secs= 100 meters swimming. witch is ormal and i wished i could swim faster? any idea? plz feel free to post!

just improve your stamina or try to use weights while swimming.

I think of course you must practice it everyday if you really want to make it faster as you can. Practice makes you perfect you know. Swimming speed is like also a run racing that you have to practice yung speed. I can't make it of course since I don't have my own swimming pool here as I wish so that I could practice my swimming lesson also. I want to learn the competitive swimming.

I have been doing tai chi for a while and I think it is very good for improving your over-all stamina and power. Strangely enough, tai chi does not require strenuous moves and exercises, just slow, flowing, rounded ones that allow the energy to move naturally. Good luck!
