Another reason to eat right

Studies show eating a healthy diet, particularily the Mediterrian diet can stave off dementia or at least delay its onset. Do you eat fruits and vegetables?-at least 5 servings a day Do you eat fish? Do you consume plenty of fiber? Du you drink a moderate amount of red wine? What else do you do? Do you think eating right is the way to go?

Alas, i only have two or three servings a day. I did eat a mediterrean salad yesterday though. it was complete with black olives and feta cheese. I hope I get points for eating that.
