Personally, I think that the normal layouts are pretty ugly. Even the customized ones that you find from the million plus layout sites out there. I have a flash layout on my profile and it's way better in my opinion. They are alot more interactive, and many are somewhat animated. If you do end up using a flash layout, make sure you READ the instructions. It involves a little more than the usual copy and paste that normal layouts require, but if you read the instructions it's very easy.
