My son is back living with us for a while and has brought his dog with him. He has a pitbull and we were scared to death that she was going to attack us but after6 or 8 months we have learned to love her. She's actually a bit goofy.
She loves branches and sticks. She has a chain we put her on while she is outside so she can run around without getting off the property.
This past week was spring cleanup here and we had a lot of winter kill due to a couple of bad ice storms.
we dragged the branches and started to pile them up where we thought 'Honey' couldn't get at them but once we turned our back and went in the house she start nosing around and managed to get the end of a branch and before we knew it she had those branches dragged all over the yard. What a little monkey.
Does your dog do goofy things?

a friend of mine has a big silly pitbull also.
i swear this dog's rear end is gonna wag off from happiness one of these days.it loves to come sit up on the couch and lean on me.that was cute when he was small-not at 140 pounds
he likes to play ball by himself, throws it up in the air and runs after it.(the ball is flat and popped, but perfect for mouth grabbing)

Honey is funny when she comes in my office and wants to go outside. She walks in, gets my attention by poking her nose into my elbow and then she bows down with her big butt stuck up in the air like she is praising me.
We have tried buying things for her to play with but she just destroys them all. The only things she hasn't destroyed are the balls that look like icecream scopes that you put treats inside.

You have to love pits. If brought up right and trained right and loved like any other dog they can and are some on the most funniest dogs and yes goofy as all get out. Our i laugh thinking about him when he was a puppy and his first raining day. lol he sat in the middle of the yard starring up at the sky for over an hour before we could get him in. He did this for the longest time when it would rain.
