why don´t the discussion makers mark a best response?

i never know that we will earn more money when our response are being selected as best response... never know this before... this is new to me... well, i had received quite a number of best responses in the past but not too often... i am really grateful to the poster who choose me as the best response... take care and have a nice day...

maybe someone should make a discussion sortof outlining allthe rules about what we are paid for, and what we should and should not do for all the newbies specially those who are from other countries. then they would be more apt to mark best responses.

I think when mylot started off newly people used to select a best response in their discussions.But these days I rarely see anyne do it.Actually unknowingly even I have reduced it a lot.I decided I will wait for quite many posts and then decide which one is the best one but ultimately I forget about that discussion altogether.A best response seriously makes so much of a difference in the earnings and is a huge encouragement too. I wish we all mylotters make it a compulsoryhabit to mark a best response in all oru discussions helping each other earn more. :)

I always wait at least few days after starting a discussion before I pick a best response. Some people will not see your discussion until the next day. I still get responses to my disussions a week or moreafter it started. I want everyone to have a chance to add a response before I choose the best one. If you see a discussion without a best response it just means the person is waiting and will read them all before choosing one. Some people will not respond to a discussion after the best response has been chosen. If you wait you will get more responses and earn more from your discussion. I have received best responses sometimes several weeks after I wrote it.

huh? No, I did not know that I will earn more if I got marked as best responder and I mark a best response in mine discussion whenI find that mylotter have answered what I was asking and got what I wanted to know I think not many new mylotter knows about it as well.. it actually took me some time to know about this function at all

i think mnay discussion makers are busy making respone and comments and then they forgot to pick the best responser on their post? just an opinion.. in my case i havent mark any best response yet coz i havent read a best response in my post yet. but i will definitely choose one i am just waiting..

I am not positive that you earn more cash. But it does help your rating and also helps as far as ranking in that interest group. I give out best responses to my discussions about every two weeks. I hate leaving them unresolved. The members spent time and thoughts doing it so they deserve the rewards of the BR. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

What I know is that when you got a best response, your star rating got a boost, but you dont earn extra cash for getting the best response. I don't know if its correct. Marking the best response takes a while for some members because they wait for the most suitable and best response for their post, just like in my case. Sometimes some members are just in a hurry to post discussions and respond to as many topics posted just to earn more, so they sometimes neglect to go back to their own discussions, read it and make comments, more so to award the best response.

I give best responses. It kind of gives the other person a little boost and a way of thanking them for some good advice or wisdom. I always wait quite a while before giving one just to make sure the discussion is over and done with. Also, sometimes it is difficult if you have many great responses and so stall a bit. In the end, I always do mark it tho.

As far as I know there is no extra payment for best response, I do not know about anyone else but I leave it a few days before I choose a best response, actually if I get busy it can be longer. Some people do not get around to finding a discussion for a few days and so it can be better to leave it that bit longer. It can actually take a bit of time to choose a best response, especially if you get a few responses, the responses have to be read and then a best response chosen from all of the ones that you get, and most of the time there are a whole bunch of really good responses that can make it really hard to choose just one.

Is it really true that we will get extra money if we will be marked as best response? Anyway I just started to check my previous discusssions and choose a reply to be the best response. I think I almost done doing it. You are right if it will really add a little to our earnings, all of us should mark one reply as best response, at least we could help one other.

Lack of incentive. It requires effort, and people are lazy. I am sure that some choose best answer, but it seems like not huh?
