I like to use both but in my honest opinion I think black in stands out better than blue ink. When it comes to writeing out checks I will use black ink pen anything else wether just leaving a note for someone I will grab what ever is useally available and most of the time it's blue ink in the pen that I grab.

I don't like to write that much but when I do I think more about how the pen writes, how easily it slides on the paper, than the color. Nevertheless, I always looked better how the black ink looked on my notebooks, not on the writing but more on the small drawings I used to make on the margins during classes. ;)

I like purple, but it fades to a redish color. I also like black, but some also fade to a reder color over the years.

In fact I like blue pen much more because my favorite color is blue. However, the black pen will be clear if we write something at work and send it by fax. This is why I have to use black pen in the office. I love China

Hi manya_pearl. It's usually black if I'm going to use it for business-related purposes. Anything other than that, any color would do. Thanks. Have a great day!

I like black better. I do not have any problem with blue but I think black is something more with power and authority when you use it to sign. Sort of making it appear legal and acceptable. I am not sure if I am right but I do think that black is commonly used to sign important documents rather than blue or other colors.

If I can choose, I would prefer black than blue. It seems more better that way for me than using blue ink when writing. Then again, if I have no choice, I might as well use anything that I could use to write.. On the other hand, if I was to choose between pen and pencil, I would immediately choose pencil over pens. I can make more cleaner compositions with a pencil, a mechanical pencil to be exact (^_^ )

I prefer to use blue pen over black pen. I think maybe its because I use blue pen since childhood. I will only use black pen when I am instructed to do so during exam.

I do prefer black ,but it does look odd if there is much writing to be done, all in one page, black looks unsightly, so I'd write with a blue pen,if I had to write more, blue is so much more easier to look at that.

I prefer black ink too, coz' it's a tradition in my office to use black pen, don't know why, then I naturally become a black pen user.
