With the rice crisis in the Philippines, the government has devised a way to distribute low quality and lower priced NFA rice to people who total family income is below P5,000 a month. So it is called the Family Access Card. This will ensure people will get their fair share of NFA rice and not hoard rice, because they say we have a shortage. So far, they have given it out only to one barangay with 500 families. I wonder what the government will think of next? what about you? what do you think of this set up?
