LED POV is when the lights move very fast and you can see an illusion display. normally you can see in the market seeling these as clocks, i saw on some sites in US it is used on care rims for advertisement. Does anybody know how to make a LED (light emitting diode) POV (persistence of vision) and how is the circuit like and what programming is best for it. i need help as i'm doing this for my project, anyone with this knowledge please help me and reply me. Thank you!!

Hey, I know I know. My emails have "_pov" at the end, hahaha
Try checking out www.povray.org especially under the "Resources" tab. I think they have a collection of links. Or maybe you've already done that since you're so good at googling, haha
They actually program the stuff? Hmmm...interesting
