Watching soaps on internet... can you?

I am working on deleting billd and since I don't watch to much TV, I was looking into not having cable at all and watching the few show I do watch over the internet. Not having any luck with the Food Network or HGTV, but for the local channels...seems I can get prime time, but no daily soaps! I checked abc and cbs sites and can get the prime time shows, but they don't have the soaps. Granted, soaps are not going to rule my life, but they are a "break in the day" that I really need! Anyone know if ther is a site that has the soaps (CBS and ABC) on it? I know I can read all about it on Soapnet.com but would like to watch if possible! Thanks for any suggestions...
