China declares mourning period

I got a news last night,China has declared 3 days of national mourning period,a 3 minuter silence will begin at06:28GMT,the moment the earthquake began last monday,I am in China,My colleagues and me will mourning the dead at that time,though it is our national activty,but I still propose that people all over the world to do as Chinese do at that time if you are available for you that time,thanks in advance.peter
