hi there i really like this particular topic..delicacies..i know that you are a filipino...that is why im prompted to response. there are many delicacies and native dishes that i like basically because i like eating, i do not like sinigang too because i am a cebuano...cebuanos really do not like sinigang..our sinigang is not sour, i like diniguan but only when my mother is the one who cooked it...i am a huge pasta and pizza lover too..infact pizza is my favorite food of all time...siomai is also very popular here in cebu...and i crave for them once in a while..with hot chili sauce of course...there is one food i cannot eat..its balut...do not offer it to me i just cannot stomach it.

In India you have different cuisines and all of them are different types too. It differs from region to region. I am from Kerala, our food has coconut sa the main ingredient, in Tamil nadu it is a little less spicy compared to Andhra, which is very hot. Karnataka is in the middle more like us with coconut and less spicy. As you go northwards, the masalas used change, sometimes sweeter and sometimes hotter. So we have varities in our countries itself. But I also like Chinese but have not tried much of other country cuisines. I like to cook and keep changing recipes every now qand then according to times.
