Are Feedbacks really important to us as it is inevitable.

receiving feedbacks means we are getting attention from others. There are some bad and good feedbacks and its really hard sometimes for us to throw the right words at the right time, but we must. All our concern on giving feedbacks or criticism can and will lose if we cannot deliver our words correctly. But as of me? if we entertain feedbacks and criticism negatively, we are denying ourselves the possibility to grow more.

Oh well its a natural reaction of everyone to anything that they noticed. See if you're walkin in the street and you see a pretty face, you'll have a look, then as you walk you will turn again for the second look. Same if we observed a negative behavior, ugly face or extraordinary things, we will not just look but most of the time we stop and stare! We do the same thing when we give feedbacks or comments. Million of thoughts has been written in the internet everyday, we must be thankful for the feedback and comments wether its negative or positive because it means that we are being noticed. Though positive feedbacks are like a beautiful music to us and build our confidence, negative feedbacks helps us to grow and change
