Drag Racing and Jet Cars

Have you ever been to a drag racing event? On Saturday we went to see the drag racing Summit Super Series. My husband loves to go and watch the jet cars. They really are something to see. They go about 330 mph in about 6 seconds. So have you ever been to a drag racing event, if so what did you think of it? If not what was the last sporting event that you went to see?

This is a local NASCAR shorttrack I frequent a few times each year. They have The Green Mamba Jet Car there each August. It is an awesome sight to see him perform.

Thanks for the links. I have never been to see Nascar, but there is one next on Route 66 next to where we saw the races Saturday. I have also been to the NHRA. Very fun! Have you ever been to the Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove WI? That one is a great place too.

Yes and I also have been to Cedar Lake Speedway in
New Richmond not too far from the MN WI broder.
which is a dirt track for NASCAR as well.
